The location was excellent, close to the center, supermarkets, and bus stops. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment had a nice design.

I had a great stay at Rentplanet - Apartamenty Wolska. The room was spacious and had an excellent view from the windows. The location was superb, with easy access to the center of the city and multiple places to eat in the building. The main trams and buses that go to the center were also conveniently located near the apartment building. Checking in was a breeze, as I received an individual code to enter the doors of my apartment. it was a fantastic experience.

Entry instructions were unacceptable - no signs or map, and the reception was hard to find. It took us 40 minutes to locate the apartment, asking for help from other company receptions.

There was dust everywhere, dirty towels, and even a cap under the nightstand. Despite reporting it to the administrator, the cleaner was rude and the room was not properly cleaned.

I stayed at Rentplanet for 2 weeks and it was great. The staff was helpful and I got pretty much assisted with everything I needed, even when I sent a late request to extend my stay for one night. The space was suitable for one person and the room was clean. You’ll get basic kitchenette and tea. The location is good to get to the business center on public transport or rental bicycle. The room, although small, is very functional. The noise insulation from the outside is pretty good. There are many restaurants around and many small groceries.

The room I booked was spacious and had a great city view from the window. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was stable. The neighborhood was also nice for walks in the evening. I had a good experience.
